When can I start the course?
You can start right away. Simply choose the Silver or Gold package that best fits your goals and budget, complete your purchase, and you’ll receive an email with your login details to access to the course.
Will I be able to start my own business?
Yes, most definitely! We specialize in providing training for both the practical skills and how to set-up and run a successful business.Â
We believe it is extremely important to be competent in both areas to maximise your success!Â
The business training covers the most important aspects when launching a beauty business such as; Social Media Presence, Client Booking Abilities, Company Registration Processes, Insurance and so much more!Â
Does the logo design and branding cost extra?
No. The Silver and Gold package includes a free custom logo designed by our in-house team. You’ll be able able to use it on your kit, social media, and anywhere else you’d like.
Are there any prerequisites?
The only prerequisite for the courses is a stable internet connection either via mobile data or WIFI. We recommend using a large screen (tablet/ laptop) to study, as most of the learning will be video based, however you are more than welcome to study on whichever device you feel the most comfortable!
Is there a time limit I need to complete the course by?
Nope! You’ll benefit from lifetime access to the course/s you enroll into. You can also complete the course in as much or as little time as you need. If you need any refreshers or you want to double check your work, feel free to log back in whenever you wish!
How does the tutor support work if I’m studying online?
After you purchase either the Silver or Gold package, your tutor will reach out to introduce themselves and guide you through your next steps. You’ll also have the option to book private one-to-one coaching sessions via video chat whenever you need extra help or feedback.
Throughout the course you can schedule private 1-1 coaching with your tutor on video chat (Zoom) to really perfect those skills learnt in the course and troubleshoot any areas you feel are more difficult to master. After all, they’re experts and strive to make you the best you can be!
Can I fail the course?
No. Our courses are competency-based. That means you can keep practising each skill until you master it. There are no deadlines or pressure, only support until you feel confident.
How do the assessments work?
On the Silver and Gold packages, you’ll complete a mix of multiple-choice questions and practical assignments. Most of the work is hands-on, since beauty is a practical skill. Your tutor will explain how to submit your assessments and help you through the process.
Do I have to travel anywhere to become qualified?
No. Everything is done online, including your assessments on the Silver and Gold packages. You can earn your accredited qualification from home, no matter where you live.
I haven't done much studying before... Can I fail?
It’s okay, lots of students feel the same way, you’re not alone! Remember, your tutors are there for you every step of the way and there’s no pressure from us. Take your time, relax and have fun!
You can re-sit the assessments as many times as you like free of charge until you’ve got it!
How long will it take to receive my personalized kit?
Once you have confirmed your branding/logo, the customisation process will begin immediately (Gold package only).
We aim to deliver your kit within four weeks, however this is usually a lot quicker.
