Do I Need Any Experience in Lashes Before Starting?
No experience is required. All you need is an internet connection. We recommend using a laptop or tablet for the best learning experience, but you can use any device that works for you.
Are There Any Deadlines?
No. You get unrestricted access to the course and package you purchase, so you can learn at your own pace. You can always revisit lessons whenever you need a refresher.
How Does the Online Tutor Support Work?
After you purchase either the Silver or Gold package, your tutor will reach out to introduce themselves and guide you through your next steps. You’ll also have the option to book private one-to-one coaching sessions via video chat whenever you need extra help or feedback.
Can I Fail the Eyelash Extension Course?
No. Our courses are competency-based. That means you can keep practising each skill until you master it. There are no deadlines or pressure, only support until you feel confident.
How Do the Assessments Work?
On the Silver and Gold packages, you’ll complete a mix of multiple-choice questions and practical assignments. Most of the work is hands-on, since beauty is a practical skill. Your tutor will explain how to submit your assessments and help you through the process.
Do I Have to Travel Anywhere to Become Qualified?
No. Everything is done online, including your assessments on the Silver and Gold packages. You can earn your accredited qualification from home, no matter where you live.
I Haven't Studied Anything in a Long Time... Will I Receive Help?
Yes. Many students start with the same worry, but our tutors are here for you every step of the way. You can take your time, ask questions, and re-submit assessments (Silver & Gold Packages) as many times as needed until you’re confident.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Personalized Kit?
Once you have confirmed your branding/logo, the customisation process will begin immediately (Gold package only).
